We want to make sure all your questions are answered! Here are some frequently asked questions!

  • How can I reach you guys?

  • What is the turnaround time for images?
    Portrait Photography: 14 Business Days (7- Proofs Delivered 7 Days for Retouched images) Wedding Photography: 6-8 Weeks (Business Days) Event Photography: 2-3 weeks (Business Days) Fast turnaround times are available at an additional cost!
  • How many images will I recieve?
    We're not interested in hoarding your images! Plus, we want you to have many differnet options. We will send you all of your PROOFS from the session and will highly retouch your chosen images (depending on package choice) from your PROOFS.
  • What are PROOFS?
    PROOFS are all images from the session and the first step of receiving your images. These are LIGHTLY RETOUCHED and we allow you to use them however you see fit! OH! and there are no watermarks. ENJOY!
  • What are highly retouched images?
    A process used to alter an image physically to improve the images appearance. EXAMPLE: Skin softening, fix hair, blemishes, wardrode alterations, color correction etc.
  • Do I have the rights to all images?
    Yes! You have all rights to use your images.
  • What if I'm not happy with my images?
    We hope that doesn't happen and we strive to avoid HOWEVER we can't avoid it. We ask that you contact within 48 hours of your shoot. Your satisfaction is our number one priority. Reshoots are NOT available for poor wardrobe or hairstyle choices. We will do our best to come up with a solution.
  • Where are you located?
    Studio location: 25905 W Seven Mile Rd. Redford Charter Twp, MI 48240 *It is a white building before Beech Daly to the right (coming from Inkster rd.) You'll see a green and white awning that says 'Salon Hype Hair'
  • What if I'm late or can't make my session?
    We understand that things happen that may cause you get to your shoot late. We give our clients a 15 minute grace period. If you are late beyond 15 mins we will have to reschedule or you can choose to proceed with the time remaining. Anything beyond 30 minutes will be rescheduled for another day and time.
  • What if I don't know how to pose or uncomfortable in front of the camera?
    Our goal is to make you feel as comfortable as possible! We will guide you through the entire session. Don't worry!
